We offer FREE shipping within USA on all orders over $50!
We ship to Worldwide! All shipping charges are calculated at check out. You pick how you want your order shipped – no surprises! Your order will be dispatched within 2 business days for the purchase. Please note business days count as Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and holidays.
We will ship your order to the delivery address provided during a checkout. Make sure this address is correct, as we cannot change it afterwards. If you need to amend the delivery details, contact USPS as soon as you can to confirm the changes.
All US orders are shipped via trusted USPS. The delivery within USA can take up to 9 business days (Monday – Friday). (depending on shipping choice)
Canada and International purchases are sent via USPS First Class and Priority, you choose. Please note the delivery times will vary depending on your location. Shipping can take between 9 and 21 business days.
Please also note we cannot be held responsible for any custom charges occurred during the delivery.
If your package hasn’t arrived within the time period advised above, contact us online and we will investigate it further.
30 Day Returns Policy
We offer 30 Day Returns. It means you can return your item for a refund, repair or exchange within 30 days from purchase. While all our products go through an extensive testing and strict quality control, we apologize if any mistake occurred.
We encourage all our customers to carefully review all packages upon delivery to confirm order accuracy along with fit and quality prior to washing or prepping your items.
In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, contact us via our contact us link. Please state your order number, item name, and description of defect in the message. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Should it be determined the defect in question is a valid manufacturer’s defect, we will replace, repair or refund (less shipping charges) your order (at our discretion) within 30 days of purchase. Please note we will not be able to deal with your request if we haven’t received notification from you prior to returning the item.
We reserve the right to refuse refund / exchange request on any washed, worn, or used items. Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect. 4wardThinking Cloth Diapers and accessories are individually and lovingly handcrafted, therefore, minor variations can be expected from item to item.
If your item does appear to be the wrong size or does not meet your expectations for any other reason, we will accept returns of new, never been washed or worn items within 30 days of purchase.
Please note you, as a customer, are responsible for the cost of returning the item to our address. Upon receipt of the returned item, 4wardThinking will (at our discretion) provide you with a replacement, repair, refund (less shipping charges), or store credit. A restocking fee of 10% may be charged on returned items.
